Privacy Policy

1. Who is responsible

For data SAI collects about use of our own apps and sites, SAI Labs LLC is the controller. Contact: info@sai-labs.pro. When you buy, sell or convert crypto through a licensed partner, that partner is the controller of the personal data they collect to provide regulated services. SAI is not their processor for KYC files unless we expressly collect data on their behalf and pass it to them at your request.

2. Data we collect

We may collect:

• Technical data: device type, OS, app or browser version, language, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, crash logs and aggregated usage statistics.
• Account or waitlist data you submit: name, email address and marketing preferences.
• Support data: messages you send to info@sai-labs.pro and related correspondence.
• Wallet interface data: public wallet addresses you connect, selected networks, and in-session balances or positions needed to render the UI.
• On-ramp / off-ramp session data: destination or source wallet address, asset, amount, and a partner session identifier needed to open MoonPay, Transak, Banxa or Banxe.

We do not collect seed phrases or private keys. We do not ask you to store keys with SAI. We do not sell personal data.

3. Wallet and blockchain data

Blockchain activity is recorded on public networks (for example Tron and EVM chains). When you connect a wallet, the application may read on-chain balances, transfers and positions to display analytics or prepare a swap. That information is public by design. We process it to operate the interface; we do not use it to sell advertising profiles.

4. Fiat on-ramp, off-ramp and swap partners

If you choose to buy, sell or convert crypto, you leave SAI’s non-custodial software and enter a regulated partner flow. The partner will collect identity, biometric, payment and transaction data under its own privacy policy. SAI may share with the partner only what is required to start the session (typically wallet address, asset, amount, IP address or device data, and a partner customer or session reference).

• MoonPay processes KYC and payment data as an independent controller. See MoonPay’s MoonPay Privacy Policy and MoonPay Terms of Use. MoonPay provides the regulated on-ramp and off-ramp services, not SAI.
• Transak processes KYC and payment data as an independent controller. See Transak’s Transak Global Privacy Policy and, for United States residents, Transak US Privacy Notice. Transak’s Transak Terms of Service apply to Transak transactions started from SAI Wallet.
• Banxa processes KYC, payment and (where required) biometric data as an independent controller. See Banxa’s Banxa Privacy and Cookies Policy and Banxa Customer Terms & Conditions. Additional US biometric or state disclosures may be shown in the Banxa flow.
• Banxe and its licensed electronic-money or crypto partners process account, KYC and payment data as independent controllers. See Banxe’s Banxe Privacy Policy and Banxe Cryptocurrency Risk Disclosure.

Partner widgets, hosted checkouts and SDKs may set their own cookies and load their own scripts. That processing is described in the partner’s policy, not this one. You should read their notices before submitting identity or payment details.

5. Why we use data (legal bases)

Where GDPR, the UK GDPR or similar laws apply, we process personal data to perform a contract with you (operate the wallet interface you requested), for our legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, product improvement, aggregated analytics), to comply with legal obligations, and, where required, based on your consent (for example optional marketing emails or non-essential cookies). You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.

6. Sharing

We share personal data only:

• with licensed on-ramp, off-ramp and swap partners you choose to use, as described above;
• with infrastructure, analytics, error-reporting, customer-support and cloud providers that process data on our instructions;
• when required by law, regulation, court order, or to protect SAI, users or the public from fraud, security incidents or harm;
• in connection with a merger, acquisition or corporate reorganisation, with appropriate safeguards.

7. International transfers

SAI and its partners may process data in the United States, United Kingdom, European Economic Area and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. Licensed partners may transfer KYC and payment data to the countries in which they are authorised to operate; see their privacy notices for details.

8. Retention

We keep technical and support records only as long as needed for the purposes above, typically up to 24 months for analytics and longer where law requires (for example accounting or dispute records). Partner KYC files are retained by the partner under their AML obligations, often for five years or more after the end of the customer relationship. Public blockchain data is not controlled by SAI and cannot be deleted from the network.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure. You remain responsible for the security of your devices, seed phrase and private keys. Never share those credentials with SAI or anyone claiming to represent SAI.

10. Your rights

Depending on your location you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, to data portability, to withdraw consent, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. California and other US state residents may have additional rights to know, delete, correct and opt out of certain sharing. To exercise rights against SAI, email info@sai-labs.pro. To exercise rights over KYC or payment data collected by MoonPay, Transak, Banxa or Banxe, contact that partner using the details in their privacy notice. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.

11. Children

The Services are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies and may use analytics cookies as described in our Cookie Policy. Partner widgets may set additional cookies to complete KYC and payments.

13. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy as the product, partners or law change. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after publication means you accept the revised Policy.
